BlogsMAXATTACK! TEAM NW PREPARES FOR BATTLE AT LSPRSubmitted by Jason on Sat, 08/21/2010 - 12:25pm A multi-car team has been formed in the Pacific Northwest with the intent of keeping the MaxAttack! 2WD Championship Title on the West Coast for another year. What originally began as a grassroots effort to send under-funded two-wheel drive dynamo Cody Crane to contest the third and final round of MaxAttack! has quickly evolved in to a three-car program. The MaxAttack! MaxAttack TeamNW is formed!Submitted by Jason on Wed, 06/30/2010 - 3:03pm The NorthWest has consolodated their effort to get to LSPR! Oh, owning a racecarSubmitted by Paul Donlin on Tue, 08/18/2009 - 5:38pm Well, it's a week before I plan on leaving for Ojibwe. The car is running fairly well, still leaks a little oil but runs nice. With the help of a friend I just put in a new clutch and replaced the front brake rotors and lines. Now, I have no brake pressure. To answer the obvious question: yes, I bled the brakes. Then bled them again. And again. And again. Then replaced the master cylinder, and bled them yet another time. The pedal still goes to the floor and no, there are no leaks. Off to a friend's house to get the brakes vacuum bled. Hopefully that works. New max-attack.com featuresSubmitted by Shenan on Thu, 07/30/2009 - 10:46am I opened max-attack.com to user registrations a couple of weeks back (just ahead of NEFR). Several people have registered and applied to be contributors and be able to write blogs and stories here. You can see a list of who has registered so far and who is a contributor at this page: http://max-attack.com/userlist - you can also click on each username to see their profile. I look forward to seeing what people will be writing in their blogs and stories! New stage for max-attack.comSubmitted by Shenan on Tue, 07/14/2009 - 5:14pm Last week, ahead of Idaho Rally, I enabled the live updates pages on max-attack.com (see the Live Updates link on the top menu bar). For the most part it worked out ok. Some people had issues with the live chat function, but I have now changed to a different chat room tool, by Meebo, which seems to work much better so far. We will see how it goes this weekend, for New England Forest Rally. The next phase of max-attack.com is that I'm going to invite everyone who is interested in writing and blogging about MaxAttack! to register for a user account here and start writing! Let's see how it all works. I'm still feeling my way around with this site's configuration. |
